Carey Real Estate (Ampang) Sdn Bhd is a Real Estate Agency registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia. Carey Ampang is also a member of Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) and a member of The Real Estate Network Malaysia (TREN), a consortium of 10 registered real estate firms and has an effective marketing force of approximately 100 trained personnel.
With our multidiscipline in the property sector, we are able to provide effective marketing services which are fully complimented with and supported by other related aspects of professional property services.
The team is led by the Principal Agent, Mr. Avtar Singh together with Mr. Mathew Miranda, both very experienced individuals who have been in the business for approximately 20 years each. Our negotiators are highly skilled and have been long time residents of the real estate fraternity. We are intimately familiar with the properties available including those new and upcoming and are able to offer the best advice possible to help our end-users make a wise decision. Carey Ampang has now established a very good working relationship with the Korean community in Malaysia and have Madam Ruth Lee Jeom Keum manning the Korean Desk. We also have other personnel who are very conversant with the Korean language and as such in a position to advice and assist the Korean community in Malaysia as well as in Korea in respect of their real estate enquiries. Carey Ampang further advocates the Malaysia-My-Second-Home programme, allowing citizens of other countries to reside in Malaysia. This program is open to citizens of all countries recognized by Malaysia regardless of age, race, religion or gender.
