WITHDRAWAL FROM EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND (EPF/KWSP)TO PURCHASE OF RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY
The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) allows contributors who are Malaysian Citizens or PR Holders, to withdraw their savings from ACCOUNT 2. This withdrawal may be used to partially finance the purchase of a residential property individually or jointly with the contributor's spouse or close family members, such as your parents or siblings.
